Had a change in heart? If you wish to return your Mello Beauty order, please do so within 10 days to enjoy our 10-Day Store Credit Guarantee.
Use the Contact Us form or email us at email@example.com and the our team will gladly assist you with questions or concerns. To return your item please follow the 3 simple steps below
Step 1 – Make sure the items are in its original packaging, unused and purchased within the last 10 calendar days
Step 2 – Contact Customer Service to inform them of your issue and why you would like to return the items
Step 3 – Email Customer Service the tracking number used to return the items
Once your returned product is received, an email will be sent to notify you and a Store Credit will be processed.
* Any used or damaged item returned to us will not receive store credit *
Conditions For Returning Goods To Mellobeauty:
- To request for a replacement, customers are required to provide photographic evidence of the products manufacturing defects/damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the case meets the guidelines mentioned above, we will happily cover related cost to deliver a replacement or provide a refund.
- The customer returning the goods will be responsible for the cost of return via Registered Mail – unless other arrangements have been negotiated with Mellobeauty.
- The product must be returned unused, and in it’s original condition.
- Any product returned to Mellobeauty must not have any permanent damage such as: engraved or indelibly marked. If the product is return to Mello Wax like this, the goods will not be accepted as they are not in a resalable/original condition. In this case, the product will be returned to the customer.
- There will be a 20% restock fee for all returned items, plus original shipping cost deducted from your refund.
Mellobeauty reserves the right to make changes to the 30-Day Store Credit Guarantee Terms and Conditions without notice.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Though based in the USA we ship products all over the world! We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undelivered because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realise you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
