WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?

Mello Beauty has a 30 Day Replacement or Store Credit Guarantee for anything that may go wrong with your Mello Beauty products. 

If your product is defective and you require a replacement, simply follow these instructions:

  • Take a clear video of the defect of the item.
  • Email  hello@mellobeauty.com and please explain the nature of defect and include photos or video. 
  • Once approved, a replacement for your product will be processed.

You have a  30 Day Replacement or Store Credit Guarantee, to process a warranty application. 

Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a replacement or store credit.

 

Additional shipping fees?   

We are not responsible for any other shipping charges and will not refund for them. Customers are responsible for paying International Customs Charge.

If your package was sent back to us because it was not picked up at customs, we will not resend your package. Instead, we will refund you for your order minus shipping.

 

Condition of Returning Item 

Customer should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Item, must be returned to our warehouse in the condition received by the customer on delivery. We will recommend to take a photo or a video of the Item upon receipt. 

 

Cost of Returning an Item 

The customer will bear the shipping costs of returning the Item. 

 

Store Credit

The customer will only be given store credit after Mello Beauty has received the returned package. Once your returned product is received, an email will be sent to notify you of your store credit.

MAY I CANCEL A ORDER I JUST PLACED?

Yes you can cancel a order anytime before it is shipped. Simply contact us via chat or by email at hello@mellobeauty.com. Once we receive your cancelation request we will check to see if it has been shipped. If not, you will receive a email confirming that your order has been canceled with a special code you can use on your next order for store credit in the full amount of your canceled order.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Though based in the USA all of our products are shipped from our Fulfilment Warehouse in Asia. Shipping directly from our fulfilment warehouse (now our international friends :)) allows us to ensure the best quality control and naturally the savings are passed on to you as our customer.

WILL HARD WAXING REALLY MAKE MY HAIR GROW BACK LESS?

Yes! People who wax on a regular basis notice a significant decrease in their hair growth and thickness.

Mellowax wraps around the hair's follicle, extracting it directly from the root causing the new hair growth to be much finer and far less volume.

After long term waxing, it's possible for some hair to never grow back however these results are not for everyone.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF WAXING VS. SHAVING

Waxing is more effective than shaving because it removes the entire hair from the root, not just from the surface of the skin, giving you longer lasting results.

With consistent waxing over time, hair grows back finer and sparser whereas with shaving, hair appears to grow back faster, thicker and coarser. In addition, shaving increases the risk of nicks, cuts, ingrown hairs and razor burn especially in sensitive areas such as bikini, chest and underarms.

I'M PREGNANT, CAN I BE WAXED?

Yes! Pregnant woman in all stages in their pregnancy can be waxed. It's completely safe for you as well as your baby. However, as mentioned above, you may notice increased sensitivity due to increased hormone levels. Waxing throughout pregnancy is a great way to keep you feeling sexy and good about yourself.

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?

If you're ordering from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your countries customs department may have decided to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation!

Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.

Note: If by an unlikely occurrence your order is not released by customs after 60 days, we will send you a replacement or provide you a refund.
